Juan David Correa

Juan David Correa (Bogotá, 1976) is a writer and founding editor of the publishing house El Peregrino Ediciones. He studied literature at the University of the Andes, in Bogotá. He has worked as a journalist in printed media, such as Esquire, El Espectador (where he currently writes a weekly column), Cromos, Semana and Arcadia. His literary works have been published in SoHo, Granta (Spanish version), Clarín, El Malpensante, among others. He is currently part of the board of directors of the International Book Fair of Bogotá. Among his books we can find the novels Todo pasa pronto (Alfaguara) and Casi nunca es tarde (Laguna), the non-fiction/memoir El barro y el silencio (Seix Barral/Sudaquia), the collection of interviews to writers La vida está afuera, the collection of articles  Las bibliotecas cuentan and the biography Pedro Almodóvar, alguien del montón.
